Originally from Philadelphia, Micah and his wife moved to Utah to start their family and build their lives after first experiencing the state's natural beauty. You will frequently find the Kagans and their two sons skiing in the winter, hiking and fishing in the summer, and exploring the National Parks whenever possible. They are active members of Temple Har Shalom. Micah currently works in the Skier Services Department for Deer Valley, having previously managed the resort's Empire Pass portfolio. Prior to joining Deer Valley he worked as the Business Development Director for Leaders for Clean Air, a group dedicated to building out Utah's electric vehicle charging infrastructure. In his spare time, he is helping to build a stronger, more connected community across the Wasatch by coaching youth basketball and volunteering at his children's school. Micah has an undergraduate degree from George Washington University and a masters degree from New York University.
